Pricing - 8 questions

What it costs the branch, what is included, and why the founding rate exists.

What does NORĴI cost?
Three options. Founder rate: £197/mo for the first 3 months, then rolls to Solo. Five founding seats only. Solo standard: £395/mo, cancel any time. 6-month prepay: £1,250 upfront, locks the founding rate through what would otherwise become £395, saves £526. Agency from £197/seat with volume bands for multi-branch firms. Full breakdown on /pricing. AED-equivalent invoicing available for UAE agencies.
Why only 5 founding seats?
Founding agents get my mobile, weekly product calls, and a voice in the roadmap. I cannot give that to a hundred branches. So five. First instructed, first served, then founding-rate signups close permanently.
What happens after the 3-month founding rate ends?
You roll to the standard Solo plan at £395/mo. Same product, same access. No contract renewal, no surprise upgrade. We email you twice before the rollover so you can cancel if needed.
What does the £1,250 prepay actually save me?
Without prepay you pay 3 × £197 + 3 × £395 = £1,776 across six months. Prepay locks £1,250 flat. That is £526 saved. The founding rate effectively stays locked through what would otherwise become standard pricing.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. UK agencies see 20% VAT added at Stripe checkout. UAE agencies are charged according to current FTA rules (5% standard rate at time of writing). AED-equivalent invoice on request for Dubai and Abu Dhabi brokerages.
Are there setup fees, onboarding fees, integration fees?
No. None. The first 30 minutes of onboarding is included, which is usually enough to wire Reapit or Salesforce, point us at the right Outlook mailbox, and process the first batch of overnight vendor and applicant enquiries. We do not charge for connectors. We do not charge to add a specialist. We do not invoice for the migration. Your subscription unlocks every new integration as it ships.
What if I want a feature that doesn't exist yet?
Tell me directly. Founding agents get a roadmap vote. If your ask is realistic and useful to other branches (a Trakheesi renewal nudge, a sales-progression update template, an Alto field mapping), it lands. The list grows continuously, your subscription unlocks each new one at no extra cost.
Can I switch between Solo and Agency later?
Yes. Both ways, any time. Solo to Agency is one email to add seats for new negotiators or a second branch. Agency to Solo we prorate the unused seats. No exit fee, no contract clause, no friction.

Product - 9 questions

What it does for the branch, what it does not do, and how the eight specialists actually work.

What is NORĴI, in one paragraph?
A back-office for UK and UAE estate agents. Reads your Outlook or Gmail, your diary, and your Reapit, Alto or Salesforce records. Drafts the reply to every vendor question, applicant enquiry, viewing request and portal lead that lands overnight, in your voice. Surfaces drafts on Telegram so the branch manager can approve before the kettle has boiled. Nothing sends without your tap. Eight property-trained specialists, each owning one corner of the back-office, from sales progression to valuation diary.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT is a generalist that needs prompting. NORĴI is a property-trained back-office that runs itself. The specialists know Reapit, Alto, Trakheesi certificates, off-plan mechanics, SDLT and AML basics, RERA and DLD renewals, Gulf Arabic register. They draft in your voice, not in a generic "estate agent" voice. They push the work to your Telegram, you do not have to remember to ask. ChatGPT will write you a sonnet. NORĴI will draft the vendor chaser, the applicant qualification reply and the 06:30 branch-manager brief before you reach the office.
Is it autonomous? Will it send emails without my approval?
No. And that is the point. Every outbound action requires your explicit tap. NORĴI drafts, surfaces, suggests. You approve. Agents told us "autonomous AI" was a feature they would not trust with a vendor relationship or an applicant chase. So we built it the other way. The one exception is WhatsApp Business autoreply, which answers the viewing-request before you have unlocked the car, on rules you set yourself.
Who are the eight specialists?
The Closer (negotiation), Watchdog (pipeline risk), Scout (lead enrichment), Operator (diary + ops), Ghostwriter (voice + copy), Analyst (forecasts), Anchor (briefings), Bridge (multilingual). Each gets a deep page on /specialists.
Does NORĴI work for UAE estate agents specifically?
Yes. NORĴI handles RERA broker registration, Trakheesi listing certificates, Ejari, DLD processes, off-plan mechanics, trade-licence requirements, and Dubai's 2% buyer plus 2% seller and 5% rental norms. Bayut and Property Finder enquiries land in the same queue as a Rightmove or Zoopla lead would in the UK. Bridge handles formal Gulf Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, Hindi. WhatsApp Business is live, Meta-verified on the NORĴI LTD tenant.
What languages does Bridge support?
Formal Gulf Arabic (including Saudi register), Mandarin, Russian, Hindi. English version is always retained for your records and your Reapit or Alto note. Cultural notes (Ramadan, Eid, UK bank holidays, school-half-term viewing patterns) bake into the drafts automatically. More languages roll out continuously.
How does NORĴI learn my voice?
During onboarding, Ghostwriter reads two weeks of your sent folder. It builds a voice profile from your real vendor updates, applicant qualification notes and sales-progression chasers: phrasing, sign-offs, sentence length, banned-word list, register. You approve the profile before any draft goes out under your name. The profile updates every week based on what you approve and reject. The fourth nudge to the same applicant does not read like the first.
What if NORĴI drafts something wrong?
You reject it. The supervisor layer learns from every reject. Ghostwriter updates the voice profile. Over the first two weeks the reject rate falls below 10% for most branches. The approval queue is not a tax. It is the calibration loop.
Can I use NORĴI on my phone?
Yes. NORĴI lives in Telegram. No new app. No login. Voice notes in, drafts out, approve from your lock screen. Built for the agent who is between viewings, sat in the car after a valuation, or walking back from a coffee mid-sales-progression call. You can also use Telegram Desktop for typed commands from the branch.

Trust & security - 6 questions

What protects your applicant list, your vendor relationships, and the branch reputation.

What stops NORĴI from sending something I would not?
Three layers. Approval-first: nothing sends without your tap. Supervisor layer: every output passes a quality, voice, and compliance check before it reaches your queue. Audit log: every action is logged with who, what, when. If anything ever does slip, it is traceable in seconds.
Where is the data hosted?
UK + EU regions. GDPR compliant. PostHog analytics on EU host. No US-only services in the data plane. Stripe handles billing (US-incorporated but EU-compliant under standard contractual clauses).
Are credentials encrypted?
Yes. OAuth tokens and connector credentials are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption with rotating keys. In transit, TLS 1.3 everywhere. Backups are encrypted. Database access is per-service-account, not shared.
Do you have a DPA?
Yes. Standard data processing agreement available at /dpa. We sign it before any production data flows. If your agency compliance team or UAE legal counsel needs a custom clause, email hello@norji.co.uk and we will work it out.
What if I leave? What happens to my data?
Cancel, then data is preserved 30 days in case you return, soft-deleted after 30 days, hard-deleted from primary stores after 90 days. Backups expire on the standard 12-month rotation. Your vendor list, applicant register and pipeline notes do not get sold, shared or held to ransom. You can request immediate hard-delete at any time via hello@norji.co.uk.
Have you been audited?
SOC 2 Type 1 is on the roadmap for Q4. ISO 27001 in the year after. We are honest about what we have not yet certified, but the engineering controls (encryption, audit logging, access management, backup) are in place today and documented at /trust.

Data & privacy - 5 questions

What is collected, what it is used for, what we will never do with it.

Do you train AI on my data?
No. Our Anthropic agreement excludes our API traffic from model training. Your data is not shared with advertisers. It is not sold. It is not used for anything outside delivering your service.
What data does NORĴI collect?
Account details, the email content NORĴI reads to draft replies to vendors and applicants, viewing-diary events, voice notes you send the bot between appointments, Reapit, Alto or Salesforce records from connected systems, and the audit log of actions taken on your behalf. Can I see what NORĴI has on me?
Yes. Send /admin export in Telegram. You get a structured export of every record we hold within 24 hours. Full GDPR subject access request flow honoured for free.
Who reads my emails?
No human at NORĴI reads your vendor or applicant correspondence. The specialists process email content through Anthropic's API to draft replies. The output sits in your approval queue. Engineers can only access logs for debugging on explicit support requests, with audit trail.
What happens to a draft I reject?
Rejected drafts are logged for one purpose: calibrating your voice profile. The reject signal teaches Ghostwriter what you would not send. After 30 days the draft body is deleted, only the calibration signal is retained.

Trial & billing - 6 questions

How the seven days work for a working branch, and how cancellation works.

Does the trial need a card?
Yes. The 7-day free trial runs inside Stripe and requires a card. You will not be charged for seven days, you can cancel from your account portal any time before then, and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies after the first paid month begins. Plenty of time to test it against a full week of vendor chasers, viewing requests and portal enquiries.
Can I try without a card?
Yes. Two no-card paths: chat with the Telegram demo bot (one tap, 30 seconds), or book a 15-minute call. The card only comes out when you start the real trial.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account portal. No retention scripts, no exit interview. Inside the founding 3-month window, you can cancel at any point. From month four onward you are on Solo at £395, same cancel-anytime terms.
30-day money back, what's the catch?
No catch. If NORĴI does not earn its keep across your first 30 days of instructions, viewings and applicant chases, email hello@norji.co.uk. Full refund to the original payment method. We do not ask why. We do not run a save flow. The risk is ours.
What payment methods?
Stripe processes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bacs Direct Debit (UK), and SEPA (EU). UAE agencies can pay via card directly, with AED-equivalent invoicing available on request. For prepay (£1,250), bank transfer is also an option, contact us for invoice.
Do you do annual billing?
Yes on Solo (£395/mo). Annual is roughly 17% off. The £1,250 6-month prepay is effectively the same lever for founding-rate agents. Agency annual on request for multi-branch and multi-emirate firms, contact hello@norji.co.uk.

Integrations - 6 questions

What connects today, what is in flight, and what is on the roadmap. The integrations list is deliberately short. Portals are referenced in workflow, not as direct API hookups.

What integrations are live today?
Telegram (the bot interface), Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Salesforce CRM, Reapit CRM. All approval-first, all OAuth-based, all read and draft (never autonomous send). Rightmove, Zoopla, Bayut and Property Finder enquiries are handled at the inbox layer once they hit your Outlook or Gmail.
What about Gmail and WhatsApp?
WhatsApp Business is live, Meta-verified on the NORĴI LTD tenant on 8 June 2026. It answers the viewing-request before you have unlocked the car. Gmail is still in Google publisher verification. The integration is built and tested, activates the moment Google clears it. Your subscription unlocks every integration at no extra cost.
What CRMs do you support?
Live: Salesforce and Reapit. Rolling out: Alto, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Property Drive, and the UAE-side property platforms your peers are using. If your branch runs on something else, ask. We prioritise based on founding-agent requests.
How do I connect things?
In Telegram, send /connect outlook, /connect salesforce, /connect reapit. OAuth window opens, you authorise, NORĴI starts indexing your vendor and applicant correspondence. Less than a minute per integration. No API keys to paste, no admin steps.
What if my agency uses a custom system?
Email hello@norji.co.uk. If it has an API, we will scope it. Custom integrations are quoted separately for Agency and multi-branch customers. Founding agents get one custom integration included.
Can I disconnect an integration?
Yes. /disconnect outlook revokes the OAuth token at our end and unhooks the indexing. You can also revoke directly at Microsoft / Google / Salesforce / Reapit consoles. Disconnection is immediate.

Agency - 4 questions

What changes when you move from a solo agent seat to a branch or multi-branch team.

How are agency seats priced?
Per-seat with volume bands:
  • 2–3 seats: £350/seat/mo
  • 4–6 seats: £296/seat/mo
  • 7–10 seats: £251/seat/mo
  • 10+ seats: enterprise, 20-minute call to scope
All bands include shared vendor and applicant context across the branch, branch-manager approval queue, per-agent voice profile, and joint sales-progression visibility.
Do agents share vendor and applicant context across the branch?
Yes. Agency tier shares property records, vendor and applicant history, viewing diary and sales-progression pipeline across the branch. The voice profiles stay per-agent so the lettings negotiator does not sound like the sales lister. The approval queue routes through the branch manager (or a delegated senior agent) so nothing goes out without sign-off.
Can the branch manager see every agent's drafts?
Yes. Agency tier ships with a centralised approval queue. The branch manager sees every draft from every negotiator before it sends, or delegates approval to a senior agent. Per-agent activity dashboards (viewings booked, vendor chasers sent, fall-throughs flagged) land at end of Q2.
How do I add or remove negotiators mid-month?
Email hello@norji.co.uk with the change. We prorate to the day. New seats activate within an hour, ready for the next round of valuations or applicant registrations. Removed seats stop billing the next billing cycle, with full audit trail retained.

Getting going on a working week of instructions and viewings, and getting help.

How long does setup take?
Under 10 minutes for the connectors (Outlook, Reapit, Salesforce, calendar). Voice-profile indexing of your sent folder runs in the background and takes a few hours. You start getting useful drafts on day one, including the reply to every vendor and applicant message that lands overnight. By day three the voice profile is calibrated against your real sales-progression tone, by week two NORĴI feels like part of the branch.
What support do I get?
