Pricing questions

What happens after the 3-month founding rate ends?
You stay on the same product, your subscription rolls to the standard Solo plan at £395/mo. No surprise upgrades, no contract renewal, no churn dance. You can cancel at any time before the rollover (we email you twice before it happens).
Can I prepay instead of monthly?
Yes, if it suits your accounting. Email samuel@norji.co.uk and we'll arrange it directly. Default offer is the £197/mo founder rate for 3 cycles, which is what most agents pick.
Why is the founding cohort limited?
Founding agents get my direct mobile, weekly product calls, and a voice in the roadmap. I cannot give that to a hundred branches. So five. First-come, first-served, then founding-rate signups close permanently.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Founder and Solo start with a 7-day free trial: card on file, no charge until day 8. After that, every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from the first charge. If NORĴI is not earning its seat, email samuel@norji.co.uk and we refund in full, no retention scripts, no exit interview.
Can I try without a card?
Yes. Two no-card paths: chat with the Telegram demo bot (one-tap, takes 30 seconds), or book a 15-minute call with Sam. The 7-day free trial does take a card on file, but charges nothing until day 8.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account portal. No retention scripts, no exit interview. Founding-rate slot can be cancelled at any time inside the 3-month window. From month four you would have rolled to Solo at £395 anyway, so you cancel before then and you owe nothing.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices are exclusive of VAT. UK agencies see 20% VAT added at Stripe checkout. NORJI Ltd is a UK company with no UAE establishment and no FTA tax registration, so we do not charge UAE VAT. UAE business customers account for VAT under the reverse charge where applicable, and invoices are issued excluding VAT. AED-equivalent invoice available on request.
How are agency seats priced?
Per-seat with volume bands:
  • 2-3 seats: £260/seat/mo
  • 4-6 seats: £215/seat/mo
  • 7-10 seats: £188/seat/mo
  • 11+ seats: Enterprise, from £1,997/mo. Twenty-minute call to work out the right structure.

Is there a setup fee?
No. The first 30 minutes of onboarding is included. You connect Outlook, your diary and Telegram, plus Gmail, Reapit or Salesforce once each clears beta. We do not charge for the migration off your old stack. We do not charge for the connectors. We do not charge to add a new specialist when one ships.
What if I want a feature you don't have yet?
Tell me directly. Founding agents get a roadmap vote. The integrations and specialists list grows continuously, your subscription unlocks each new one automatically. If your ask is realistic and useful to other branches, it lands.
